Thanksgiving

This year has moved at an incredible pace. It seems like it was July 4 only yesterday. Now, it is Thanksgiving. Next thing you know it will be 2024. It should be an interesting year.

I don’t see this day as much different than any other day, with a few exceptions. I won’t be able to pick up my mail. Television programs will either show reruns or they will have second-string anchors talking about how much they ate or the parade they are watching.

Because everyone else is doing their thing, I get some uninterrupted time to prepare for tomorrow and the coming year.
